Order T-shirts

There is no charge for t-shirts for agency staff members who are involved with Day of Caring. Company coordinators/team leaders/agencies should complete this form for their groups. T-shirts are $5 (except where noted) per shirt for volunteers. You will be invoiced for your order after Day of Caring. Make sure you check with your company to see if they will be paying for your t-shirt or if you will need to pay for your own.
