GIVING = HELPING
When you give to United Way, you allow the human service professionals to help meet people's needs. Your donations help individuals and families: not fund capital projects or overhead.
GIVING = ACCOUNTABILITY
When you give to United Way, you hold the agencies accountable to an annual evaluation of programs and their funding requests to ensure your donations make a positive impact ony hr most critical needs of the community.
GIVING = STRENGTH
When you give to United Way, you give to 28 Partner Agencies, 59 programs. In addition to the agencies, we bring together volunteers from across the community - people from governement, businesses, and individuals - to make measurable impact, provide lasting solutions, improve lives, and create a better community.
GIVING = CHOICE
When you give to United Way, you can choose more than one way that you money will be used to make a positive impact on a person or family. You can designate to teh United Way Community Care Fund (the best way to do the most good), one or more of our four critical areas, one or more of our 28 Partner Agencies, and/or another non-profit that provides community services.

When you give to United Way through a workplace campaign, many companies match your donation and turn your $1 into a greater donation.
