Biography

Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer for Wiley/Wilson, a 100% employee-owned

company, which provides professional consulting services from its Lynchburg, Richmond, and Alexandria

offices. Mr. Armstrong's role with the company is to provide leadership to the Board and to oversee all

administrative functions of the business.

Additionally he is Group Leader for the Company's Local Government Business Development Group.

Serves the community through a number of local and state organization including:

Region 2000 Economic DevelopmentCouncil, Board of Directors (Past President)

Virginia's Region 2000 Partnership Coordinating Committee, Member

The Sedalia Center, Board of Directors (Past Chairman and Current Secretary)
