Biography:

Nat graduated from Lynchburg College with a degree in Business Administration

and English. Nat works for Babcock & Wilcox as Sr. Human Resources Specialist

and has been with them for over 25 years. Nat keeps himself busy by getting

involved with his community in a variety of ways. He is on a number of Boards;

Lynchburg College Board of Trustees, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Red Cross, Salvation

Army, Lynchburg Partners in Education, Virginia University of Lynchburg Advisory

Committee, and many more. Nat is also very involved with his church, Altha Grove

Baptist Church in Forest. Nat is married to Kimberly Davis-Marshall and they have two

lovely daughters; Kameren and Hannah.
