Our Partner Agencies are at the heart of the work that we provide to the community. We supply much of the needed financial resources they need to provide critical services to Central Virginia’s residents. United Way of Central Virginia supports 28 Partner Agencies through its annual allocation process. All agencies are local and serve the residents of Central Virginia. These agencies are reviewed annually to ensure that donations are used in the most effective way possible and create measurable results in the lives of the people they serve. Partner Agencies may receive funding through the annual allocation process and designated gifts. Funds provided through the allocations process must be utilized for the purpose and program as determined by United Way volunteers. Designated gifts may be used at the discretion of the agency. |
