Order T-shirts for Your Employees!

Please pay close attention to this section as there have been many changes to the way t-shirts will be ordered. One of the many DOC highlights is the collector’s item t-shirt that every volunteer receives. Don’t be the only nine-to-fiver in your cubicle pod without one!

With the amazing growth of DOC over the past few years, we have determined that we will, unfortunately, no longer be able to provide a free t-shirt to each volunteer. However, we are only requesting that each volunteer donate $5 for their t-shirt in order to cover the cost of the shirt. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and hope this will not be a factor on your decision to volunteer.

T-shirt orders must be received by Monday, April 7, 2008. To order t-shirts, please go to www.companycasuals.com/unitedwayofcentralvirginia. This website will allow you to order the shirts directly from High Peak Sportswear. It will also total up the cost of the shirts for you. You will not be required to pay for the t-shirts at this time, however, High Peak will provide United Way with this information, and we will invoice you for the cost of the t-shirts prior to DOC. Payment can be sent to United Way of Central Virginia at 1010 Miller Park Square, Lynchburg 24501.

You will also be provided with a t-shirt order form to record shirt totals before you visit the website above to order the shirts. This order form doubles as the Liability & Release Form which all participants must sign prior to DOC. Please fax signed forms to United Way at 847-8753. United Way will also accept scanned release forms via email or original forms that have been mailed to our office.
