With the amazing growth of DOC over the past few years, we have determined that we will, unfortunately, no longer be able to provide a free t-shirt to each company volunteer. However, we will still provide each agency person directly involved with a Day of Caring project a FREE t-shirt. Please consider donating $5 to cover the cost of the t-shirt and to offset our overhead costs allowing us to put more money back into the community. |

T-shirts must be ordered by Monday, April 7, 2008. To order t-shirts, please go to www.companycasuals.com/unitedwayofcentralvirginia. This website will allow you to order the shirts directly from High Peak Sportswear. The website will total the "cost" of the t-shirts, but, as stated above, you will not be required to pay for the shirts. Disregard this cost as you will not be promted to submit payment with your order. |

You will also be provided with a t-shirt order form to record shirt totals before you visit the website above to order the shirts. This order form doubles as the Liability & Release Form which all participants must sign prior to DOC. Please fax signed forms to United Way at 847-8753. United Way will also accept scanned release forms via email or original forms that have been mailed to our office. |

T-shirts can be picked up at the Matching Breakfast, but you can also arrange to pick them up at the United Way office. |
