Submitting Your Projects

Project submissions will be done via the DOC website. Instructions for submission are below:

1.

All project descriptions must include the following information: Project Name, Name of Agency, Name of Project Coordinator and contact info for this person (especially an email address), Detailed Description of Project, Address where project will take place, List of Materials/Tools/Equipment the volunteer team will need to provide, Rainy Day Plan, # of Volunteers Needed, and Time of Project. Download the project form.

When you have this information together, please go to the Register Your Project page. After you have entered all pertinent information, click the "send" button. You will need to repeat this process for each additional project you submit.You will receive a project confirmation email after United Way has received and approved the project.

3. You can also check for project submission confirmations by viewing your personal DOC web page from the Agency Info page. To ensure your projects make it in the First Project Listing, please submit them by Wednesday, March 12, 2008. Project submissions will be accepted up until Wednesday, April 30, 2008..

The First Project Listing will go live on Monday, March 17, 2008, and selection will begin at that time.
